Village Sport Shop is looking for a team oriented people person to join us in our sales force. The position is a year round full time (32-40+ hours depending on season) requires a strong enjoyment of sales and engagement with customers and fellow staff alike, a love for the outdoors, and strong knowledge of skiing and biking, desire to learn, and ability to work weekends and holidays. With two locations this position will be one of floating between the two as necessary. Pay is determined by prior experience. Position is currently open, and can discuss a definitive start date upon interview

This is a year round full time position and is available currently. Pay is subject to prior experience. The Village Sport Shop is looking for a team oriented people person to join us as our Lead bike technician at our Town Store.  Located in in Lyndonville on the main  route to the Kingdom Trails network and Burke Mountain. You must be organized, work well as a team member, and be stoked to help make our customers, fellow staff and your own day the best it can be. The position is Full time (36+ hours a week). Can be year round, position. Ski tech and/or boot fit experience is a

huge plus. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times and are key for availability. Prior experience is required and pay is based on work history.

Village Sport Shop is looking for a highly skilled, friendly, team oriented person to join us at our picturesque Trailside location on Darling Hill as a full time bike technician. The job requires you to be able to work in a high volume, high paced environment where you need to be able to assess, diagnose and repair bikes, while customers wait, have a strong familiarity with current, past and new technology.  

The position is Full time (36+ hours a week). Can be year round, position. Ski tech and/or boot fit experience is a huge plus. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times and are key for availability. Prior experience is required and pay is based on work history.

You must love working on bikes and the idea of going the extra mile to get someone the best service you can deliver. We also have a high volume rental operation of mid and high end bikes that must be continually maintained, as well as retail sales. We strongly believe in working as a team to deliver the best possible customer service, and that we are there to make each customers day better. If you would like to work in one of the most beautiful places in Vermont, on one of the top trail networks in the country, with some of the best technicians in the industry we want you to join us. The job time frame is from mid-March to late October. However, there can be full year round potential.
